Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that handmade products may require additional processing time due to their artisanal nature. We'll notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Restrictions

Remote Locations

For remote locations, hilly areas, and North Eastern states, delivery may take additional 2-3 business days. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping charges and delivery times vary by location. Please contact us for specific international shipping queries.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the courier partner's website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Damaged During Shipping

While we take utmost care in packaging our delicate handicrafts, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
