At Indian Handicrafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most products.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product doesn't match the description
  • Size issues (where applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Products without original packaging
  • Used or damaged products (unless defective)

Return Process

Initiate Return

Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery or login to your account to start the return process.

Return Approval

We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number if approved.

Package the Product

Pack the product in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include the return form.

Ship the Product

Use the provided shipping label or ship to our return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Bank Transfer: For cash on delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

  • Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges (where applicable)
  • Color exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Defective product replacements
